GAME PLAN Listed below is the NFPFA’s annual game plan for meetings and fundraisers. Board and General Membership Meetings Preseason Board Meeting - August In-Season Teleconference October/November - General Pre Super Bowl Week Board Meeting Postseason General - February Executive Committee The Executive Committee meets on a quarterly basis. Past meetings have been held, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia. Other Committee Meetings Committee meetings can be onsite and or are held quarterly via teleconference. Regional Team Coordinators Meetings Regional Team Coordinators are needed for the following conferences AFC & NFC North AFC & NFC South AFC & NFC East AFC & NFC West Fundraisers 2009 Celebrity Golf Outing Portsmouth, VA.
